Mode
- Vaginal birth is safe if >32 wk, twin 1 cephalic, no big size difference
- CS if twin 1 not cephalic
- Continuous CTG of both twins; epidural advised
- Twin 2 CTG abnormal and no birth within 20 min → consider CS
- Active third stage — high PPH risk
