12	Just palpable above the symphysis.
16	Midway symphysis–umbilicus.
20	At the umbilicus (UK). Indian texts: 24 weeks at umbilicus.
36	Xiphisternum.
40	Falls back toward 32-week level once head engages.

After 24 weeks SFH in cm ≈ weeks ±2 cm. Plot on a customised chart.
