| Polyhydramnios | Deepest pool 8 cm or more or AFI 24–25 cm or more. Check glucose (OGTT), TORCH, anomaly scan, antibodies. |
| Severe polyhydramnios | Amnioreduction, or indomethacin before 32 weeks. |
| Mild idiopathic | Not a reason to deliver before 39 weeks. |
