Exam
| Theory | 2 papers of 100 MCQs, 2.5 hours each, computer-based in Pakistan. |

| TOACS | 15–20 interactive stations, 5–8 minutes each, one examiner per station. |
| Long cases | 2 — one obstetric, one gynae — 30 minutes for history and examination, 2 examiners. |
| Short cases | None. |
| Clinical attempts | 3 attempts within 4 consecutive clinical exams after passing theory; the first sitting is compulsory. |
| 2026 theory | 16 February and 29 September. |
Candidates report O&G has one of the highest FCPS-II pass rates, credited to keyed TOACS marking (Dawn, Sept 2025 — not official CPSP data).
