- Repeat an abnormal test after 3 months (sooner if no sperm).
- Azoospermia: FSH, LH, testosterone, karyotype, Y-microdeletion, CFTR. Surgical sperm retrieval with ICSI.
- Fertility preservation before chemo or pelvic radiotherapy: egg or embryo freezing, ovarian tissue freezing, ovarian transposition.
