Act

  1. Call for help; ABC, O2, lie flat.
  2. Two large cannulas; FBC, crossmatch, serum hCG.
  3. Resuscitate; nil by mouth.
  4. Shocked: straight to theatre (laparoscopy or laparotomy).
  5. Stable: urgent TVS and senior review.
