| HPV+ abnormal cytology | Colposcopy referral. |

| HPV+ normal cytology | Repeat at 12 months; 3rd HPV+ in a row → colposcopy. |
| Inadequate | Repeat ≥3 months; 2nd inadequate → colposcopy. |
CIN
| CIN1 | Usually observe. |

| CIN2 | Treat, or conservative with 6-monthly follow-up in selected women. |
| CIN3 / CGIN | Excise (LLETZ); test of cure HPV at 6 months. |
